Support Groups

Comfort and company

The road to recovery can be challenging for patients and their loved ones. It often helps to connect with others going through similar experiences. Casa Colina Hospital and Centers for Healthcare offers a number of support groups for patients, outpatients, and their loved ones or caregivers. These groups offer not only emotional and peer support, but important educational information.

Groups, times, and locations are subject to change. Please call the numbers listed below for more information or to confirm schedule prior to attendance.

Acquired Brain Injury Support Group

The Acquired Brain Injury Support Group provides a supportive meeting place for individuals with acquired brain injury, including traumatic brain injury, stroke, brain tumor, metabolic encephalopathies, anoxic brain injury, and seizures. This group provides peer support for injured individuals' successful community reintegration after being discharged from a structured program.
