Food Sponsorship Program Announced at Casa Colina's Adult Day Health Care Center
Pomona, CA…. Casa Colina’s Adult Day Health Care Center announces its continued participation in the United States Department of Agriculture’s Adult Care Food Program. Meals will be available at no separate or additional charge to persons enrolled at the center.

The Adult Care Food Program is a program of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), which prohibits discrimination in all its programs and activities on the basis of race, color, national origin, gender, religion, age, disability, political beliefs, sexual orientation, or medical or family status. Persons with disabilities who require alternative means for communication of program information (Braille, large print, audiotape, etc.) should contact USDA’s TARGET Center at 202/720-2600 (Voice and TDD).
