Diabetes Management & Wound Care
Held Monday, May 19 from 6 to 8pm
Presented by Michael Bien, M.D., board-certified Internal Medicine and Nephrology and Kerry Gott, M.D., board-certified Infectious Disease and Program Medical Director for both the Casa Colina Wound Care Center and Casa Colina Hyperbaric Medicine Center. Topics of discussion include types of diabetes, complications and treatment of diabetes, kidney disease, and caring for diabetic wounds. A question and answer session will also be held.
Stroke - Reduce Your Risk & Goals of Rehabilitation

Presented by Faisal Qazi, D.O., board-certified Neurologist and Stephanie Kaplan, PT, DPT, ATP, Director of Physical Therapy at Casa Colina Centers for Rehabilitation. Topics of discussion include risk factors and causes of stroke, signs and symptoms of stroke, diagnosis and treatment of stroke, and goals of rehabilitation. A question and answer session will also be held.
