Proceeds Benefit Casa Colina Centers for Rehabilitation

POMONA, Calif. – Casa Colina and its 836 attendees welcomed former U.S. Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords' husband Captain Mark Kelly as a special guest presenter and honored traumatic brain injury (TBI) survivor Katherine Wolf and her husband Jay Wolf at its Tribute to Courage event on Saturday, February 25th at Pacific Palms Hotel & Conference Center in Industry Hills. Proceeds from the black tie gala raised $500K which benefits Casa Colina Centers for Rehabilitation's programs and services, including its nationally renowned Brain Injury Program.

"We would like to thank our generous donors and sponsors who helped make this event such an incredible success," said Dr. Felice L. Loverso, President and CEO of Casa Colina. "It was a privilege for Casa Colina to honor Katherine and Jay Wolf as well as to welcome special guest Captain Mark Kelly at the Tribute to Courage event because their stories of recovery exemplify the continuum of care that distinguishes comprehensive rehabilitation services. This event helps us to continue to provide free care and develop the rehabilitation programs our community needs."
