Rancho San Antonio Rehabilitation Center

Southern California Care that's Closer to Our Community

Rancho San Antonio Rehabilitation Center is the result of an extraordinary partnership between the region's most respected rehabilitation provider, Casa Colina, and one of the region's leading hospitals, San Antonio Community Hospital, a 279-bed Upland-based facility that is a recognized "Top 100 Hospital" and offers a wide range of medical services.

This 4,400 square-foot outpatient facility, located in Rancho Cucamonga, was created to meet the growing needs of our community and offer patients more comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation services in outlying areas for added convenience.

Each room and each piece of equipment was carefully designed for a specific type of therapy. The facilities include:

Orthopedic Gym - filled with equipment for cardiovascular and progressive resistive exercises to help restore function as well as a private treatment room.

Neurological Gym - contains a variety of specially designed equipment for those with stroke or other neurological conditions, as well as a private treatment room.

Hand Therapy Room - offers custom splinting and provides individualized therapy with special equipment, fluidotherapy, paraffin, and electrical stimulation.

Occupational Therapy Area - simulates the home environment with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom facilities, plus an adjustable tabletop that provides the ideal setting for occupational therapy.

Speech Therapy Treatment Room - enables one-on-one therapy with a speech pathologist in a private setting.

Wound Care Room - features care by a physical therapist who uses state-of-the art wound care procedures including vacuum-assisted wound therapy, sharp debridement and a whirlpool, if appropriate.

Rancho San Antonio Rehabilitation Center also offers wellness and fitness programs to the community.
