NAMED CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF THE AMERICAN REHABILITATION PROVIDERS ASSOCIATION (AMRPA)
Pomona, CA…. Felice L. Loverso, Ph.D. and President and CEO of Casa Colina Centers for Rehabilitation in Pomona, was recently elected to the position of Chairman of the Board for the American Rehabilitation Providers Association. The Board is comprised of 19 members and represents more than 270 rehabilitation organizations throughout the United States.
As Chairman of the Board, Dr. Loverso will lead the AMRPA in advocacy issues, general governance, policy development, and other issues that affect rehabilitation providers across the nation.
The appointment is a voluntary position and is held a minimum of one year. Meetings of the Board are held on a monthly basis. Prior to Dr. Loverso's appointment, Robert Main, President & CEO of Siskin Rehabilitation Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee held the position of Chairman of the Board. Prior to this, Ed Eckenhoff, President of the National Rehabilitation Hospital in Washington D.C., held the position.
