SENIORS AND INDIVIDUALS WITH PULMONARY DISEASE
INVITED TO ATTEND PULMONARY MANAGEMENT SEMINAR
ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 15
Pomona, CA…Casa Colina will hold a Pulmonary Management Seminar on Wednesday, November 15 from 2:30 to 4 pm at the Tamkin Outpatient Center, which is located at Casa Colina’s 20-acre medical and rehabilitation campus at 255 North Bonita Avenue (at Garey) in Pomona. Cost is $10 per family.
Topics of presentation include basic physiological changes that affect breathing and energy levels, various plans of treatment and care, rehabilitation goals, sample exercise plans and more.
This seminar is designed not only for people with pulmonary disease, but also for seniors who wish to learn methods of safe and efficient exercise.
Presenters include Casa Colina’s clinical staff members George Kopiloff II, PT, DPT; Leonard Carreathers, RT; and Suzanne Goya, OTR. All are involved in the treatment of patients at Casa Colina’s Pulmonary Rehabilitation Center.
