FREE SCHOOL SPORTS PHYSICALS
& FREE SPORTS INJURY SCREENINGS
EVERY SUNDAY IN AUGUST FROM 9AM TO 11:30 AM
Pomona, CA… Casa Colina Hospital is pleased to offer free school sports physicals and free sports injury screenings every Sunday in August. The free screenings will be held from 9am to 11:30am at Casa Colina’s Sports Medicine Center, which is located inside Casa Colina’s Tamkin Outpatient Center at 255 East Bonita Avenue in Pomona. Appointments will not be scheduled for these free screenings – walk-ins only please.
A board-certified physician will perform the free school sports physicals. Please bring form supplied by school for completion.
Free sports injury screenings include an examination by a board-certified physician, physical therapist and/or athletic trainer assessment, and free x-ray services, if required. Only sports injuries will be seen during the Sunday morning screenings – no work-related or other injuries.
