Centers of Excellence > Residential Centers > Casa Colina at Apple Valley
For many individuals that have suffered a traumatic or acquired brain injury – getting back into life can be a challenge and yet, that is exactly what the Casa Colina Apple Valley program promotes. Residents of this program are challenged to attend continuing education courses, participate in supervised community activities, challenge their recreational adventurism, all the while, developing their own personal living skills.

Built in 2001, the Casa Colina Apple Valley campus is situated on four acres. It features early California mission architecture with a red clay roof reminiscent of many of the authentic missions. There is plenty of parking, sidewalks, and recreational areas on campus, while there’s a clean environment inside with ceramic flooring and soft colors. The residents can tell when it’s mealtime by the aromas from the gourmet kitchen.

This program offers a structured and highly supervised secured environment for individuals between the ages of 18 and 59 years, who range from requiring maximum assistance and training in skill redevelopment to individuals requiring only light supervision and assistance. Whether requiring a long-term environment or brief respite care, Casa Colina Apple Valley is designed to meet the needs of each individual.
