Registration
- Review the Outdoor Adventures Calendar and call the Outdoor Adventures office to request more information about the trip(s) for which you would like to participate.
- Set up an appointment with the program staff for a pre-trip assessment.
- Complete and return all program paperwork.
- Complete and return trip registration packets with trip fees.
- Prior to attending a multi-day trip, you must attend a single day trip.
- Trips do fill quickly, so call early for packets and information.
- An annual membership fee of $25 is due with your trip fees for the first trip you attend in a calendar year.
Transportation
- Transportation for most trips is provided from the Casa Colina Outdoor Adventures headquarters. Call for further details.
Trip Fees
- Fees may be paid by money order, check, Visa or Master Card.
- 25% of your trip fees is required to confirm your reservation.
- Complete payment for reservations is due 60 prior to the trip.
- All prices and trip dates are subject to change.
Refunds/Cancellations
- A credit card number is required to hold your reservation on every trip.
- Your deposit is non-refundable once you are confirmed for the trip.
- If you cancel your reservation 60 days prior to a trip, a full refund will be issued (minus your deposit).
- If you cancel your reservation 45-59 days prior to a trip, 50% of the trip cost will be issued (minus your deposit).
- If you cancel your reservation 15 days prior to a trip, there will be no monies refunded.
- If we cancel a trip, a full refund, including deposit will be issued.
Financial Aid
- Casa Colina is able to provide some trip scholarships to those who are in need. Call the Outdoor Adventures office to request a scholarship form, which must be filled out and returned for review.
- Time payments for trips are also available. Call for details.
Trip Details
- Limited space is available on all trips. Call as soon as possible to reserve your space. 909/596-7733
- If you are interested in a particular trip, general information sheets are available.
- If you are concerned or have doubts regarding your ability to participate on a specific trip, please call for information.
- If a participant requires extraordinary medical, personal, and/or dietary needs, it is the responsibility of the individual to provide attendant care. Attendant trip fees will vary; please call for details.
- While we utilize the natural world to create unique recreational experiences we endeavor to be guided by the "Leave No Trace" philosophy: Take only pictures, leave only footprints.
- Outdoor Adventure's number one priority is safety. In order to help insure the well being of all involved, Outdoor Adventures has a zero tolerance policy for the following: Alcohol, Firearms, Knives, (with blades over 4"), Fireworks, Illegal Drugs.
