Casa Colina offers a variety of free and low-cost screenings to community members throughout the year. Please be sure to
call the numbers listed below for more information or to confirm the schedule prior to attending a screening as times and
locations listed below are subject to change. Please check this page regularly to learn more about these opportunities for community members.
Free Hearing Screenings
A licensed audiologist who is certified by the American Speech & Hearing Association conducts all hearing screenings. Screenings take approximately
20 minutes and are performed at Casa Colina's Audiology Center, located at the Casa Colina Outpatient Center, Building 1D. Appointments required.

Free Sports Injury Screenings
Held every Sunday from 9am to 12 noon (except holidays) at the Casa Colina Outpatient Center, Building 1D. Screenings are conducted by a
physician and a licensed physical therapist and/or athletic trainer. No appointments - walk-ins only. Call 909/595-7733, ext. 3500 for more information.
Free Sports Injury Screenings - Azusa
Held every Wednesday from 4 to 6pm at the Casa Colina Azusa Center, located at 910 East Alosta Avenue (at Citrus) in Azusa. Screenings are conducted by a physician and a licensed physical therapist and/or athletic trainer. Appointments are encouraged but walk-ins are also welcome.
