Foundation > Volunteers
Thank you for your interest in the volunteer program at Casa Colina Centers for Rehabilitation. Our volunteers make a vital difference in the lives of our patients and clients by adding to the quality of our programs, activities, and services.

We have a number of different volunteer opportunities available. We would be happy to work with you to find just the right one for you. Volunteers may be placed in direct patient care services or in non-patient care services. Both offer the chance to provide vital assistance and support to Casa Colina's departments and personnel.

In order to become a Casa Colina volunteer, we require the following:
  1. You must be at least 16 years of age or older.
  2. A completed Volunteer Application and Confidentiality Agreement should be returned to the Volunteer Office.
  3. A TB Test and Medical Questionnaire should be completed.
  4. Note: We require that all staff and volunteers have a tuberculosis (TB) test before they begin working at Casa Colina. The volunteer office can provide you with the authorization to have the TB test at Casa Colina.
  5. Once a copy of your completed TB test and the above required documents are received by the volunteer office, we will:
    • Schedule a volunteer orientation
Orientation takes place every Thursday at 4:00 p.m.
    • Discuss volunteer opportunities
    • Identify a volunteer position for you
    • Issue you a name badge, and you will be ready to begin your volunteer service
There are also interesting events throughout the year in virtually every department, program and service. We invite and encourage you to participate in any and all of our events.
