The Spine Program at Casa Colina Hospital and Centers for Healthcare offers a comprehensive team approach to assess and treat pain, weakness, or numbness in the back, neck, arms, and legs that is the result of spinal injury or disease. Our continuum of care includes medical, rehabilitation, imaging, and surgical services, allowing us to tailor a treatment plan that is unique to each patient and best addresses their underlying condition.

We treat both common and uncommon conditions. The Casa Colina Spine Program is home to clinical experts who are highly trained and in many cases professionally certified to evaluate and treat a wide variety of conditions, including:

  • Herniated disc
  • Degenerative disc disease
  • Myelopathy
  • Sciatica
  • Low back pain
  • Osteoporosis and compression fractures
  • Stenosis – cervical and lumbar
  • Spondylolysis and spondylolisthesis
  • Radiculopathy – upper and lower extremities
  • Pelvic – sacroiliac (SI) joints
  • Scoliosis

Doctors at the Casa Colina Spine Program explore a range of non-surgical care options to determine a customized treatment approach that will reduce or eliminate your pain. These may include physical and occupational therapies, pain management, injections, and more. Nearly all treatment options are conveniently located right here on our well-appointed 20-acre Pomona campus.

For further convenience, Spine Program patients have access to on-site diagnostic imaging, laboratory, pharmacy, and our state-of-the-art Medical-Surgical Wing. Should you require surgical care, our campus is home to the Inland Neurosurgery Institute, a medical practice featuring some of Southern California’s most renowned neurosurgeons specializing in surgeries of the spine.

Once we establish your treatment plan, we will assign you a dedicated patient navigator to ensure personalized follow-up care that keeps your team informed and your treatment plan moving, no matter your level of care. Our goal is to help you manage your pain and return you to the highest-possible level of function.
