In its continued efforts to educate the community about new medical and rehabilitation options for the prevention and treatment of hip fractures, Casa Colina is pleased to host a free community seminar on Tuesday, September 24 from 6 to 8 pm at its Pomona Campus.
Topics of discussion include preventing hip fractures; what's new regarding the treatment of hip fractures; complications related to hip fractures; and lifestyle modifications and exercises that improve symptoms. A question and answer session will follow the presentation.
Guest speakers include Christopher Chalian, M.D., board-certified orthopedic surgeon; and Sean Gateley, physical therapist and certified athletic trainer.
