Our Continuum of Care

Concussion Program

Have you or someone you know suffered a recent injury that could have resulted in a concussion? The Concussion Program at Casa Colina Hospital and Centers for Healthcare is an outpatient service that evaluates and treats Post-Concussive Syndrome through rehabilitation and other interventions. Our comprehensive approach treats the whole patient, testing for a range of post-concussion-related symptoms in order to identify the proper clinical steps to help individuals return to maximum function after their injury.
