your health information online.
Beginning in August 2023,
inpatients and outpatients at Casa Colina Hospital who provide their email address upon admission will receive an emailed
invitation to create a MyCare account. If you created your account, the
link below will allow you to access your MyCare account, letting you*:
See your visit history and schedule appointments
View prescriptions
Review test results
Access discharge summaries
Update personal information
View select health information
View billing information and pay bills
*Information available as of May 1, 2023. MyCare will not be available
to Children's Services patients until January 1, 2024. MyCare will not
display daily schedules for Transitional Living Center residential clients.
The MyCare portal is compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
Each MyCare page includes Contact Us and Learn More sections to get help
with your technical questions. For additional support, please email
