We're Here to Support Referring Physicians

We work closely with referring physicians to design a treatment plan that is right for each patient. Physicians who refer patients will receive an initial evaluation and care plan, as well as timely follow-up reports on their patients’ progress.

We accept referals from physicians, discharge coordinators, rehabilitation nurses, employers, or scoial workers. We accept most preferred insurance providers, including Medicare.
