These free diabetes education classes are designed for newly diagnosed individuals, their families and caregivers, and anyone seeking greater understanding and support. Led by a certified diabetes nurse educator, these sessions will provide guidance on:
- Learning the basics of diabetes
- Developing healthy lifestyle habits
- Mastering blood sugar management
- Preventing complications and living well
