Effective April 1, 2024, in accordance with Los Angeles County Department of Public Health guidelines, Casa Colina Hospital and Centers for Healthcare does not require visitors and healthcare workers to wear a surgical facemask in patient care areas or other areas of our campus unless specifically noted.
Masks will be provided at building entrances for those areas requiring
facemasks or for those who wish to wear one.
As always, this policy is subject to change and reinstatement depending
on public health guidelines.
Medical-Surgical/ICU patients may have two healthy visitors at a time, in their room during normal visiting hours (10 a.m. - 8 p.m., 7 days per week). No advanced scheduling is required. Visitors must be 14 or older for indoor visitation.
Family members of patients undergoing surgery in our Medical-Surgical Unit may wait inside Casa Colina Hospital.
Acute Rehabilitation Unit patients may have two healthy visitors at a time, in their room during normal visiting hours (10 a.m. - 8 p.m., 7 days per week). No advanced scheduling is required. Visitors must be 14 or older for indoor visitation. All visitors must wear facemasks until further notice.
Visiting hours in our Transitional Living Center are 12 - 1 p.m. and 3 - 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. All visitation must take place outside patient rooms in our common indoor and outdoor areas. Visitors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Visitors and outpatients are not required to wear facemasks. Masks are available at facility entrances for those who wish to wear one. This policy applies to our Pomona and Azusa Outpatient Centers, Physician Specialty Clinics, Audiology Center, Children’s Services Center, and Diagnostic Imaging Center.
Children and their parent/guardian are asked to ring the doorbell to be let inside. Please call 909/596-7733, ext. 4200 if a staff member does not open the door for you in a timely manner.
The Casa Colina at Apple Valley and Casa Colina at Rancho Piño Verde programs currently have no limitations regarding visitation at either program. We encourage visitation in our cafe or outdoor recreation areas, but there are no strict limitations.
Padua Village does not allow visitors that are not essential to the running of the home or to the residents’ healthcare. If you are requesting to visit a client, we ask that you make arrangements ahead of time with house management to determine the appropriate steps.
