Casa Colina offers a variety of health and wellness programs for patients and the community at large. Please be sure to call the numbers listed below for more information or to confirm the schedule prior to attending a session at times and locations listed below are subject to change. Baby Beginnings - Pomona Campus

A free, six-week program for parents of infants to connect, learn, and grow together. Led by experienced clinicians, sessions offer practical guidance on early development topics such as feeding, sleep, tummy time, play, communication, and motor milestones. Baby Beginnings provides a welcoming space for open discussion, shared experiences, and expert insight—helping caregivers build confidence and support their child’s development every step of the way. Conversation Group - Pomona and Azusa Campus

This special group is designed to enhance communication skills for people recovering from strokes and brain injuries. Led by a speech-language pathologist, the class focuses on learning strategies to improve interaction and practices daily conversation skills. Participants should be able to communicate simple information.

Pomona: Thursdays from 4 to 5 p.m.
Azusa: Tuesdays from noon to 1 p.m.

Diabetes Education Classes - Pomona Campus

Free classes designed for newly diagnosed individuals, their families and caregivers, and anyone seeking greater understanding and support

Parkinson's Disease Group Wellness - Pomona and Azusa Campuses

Our popular group wellness program provides a general framework for wellness and an overview of therapeutic techniques and equipment for individuals with Parkinson's disease.

Pomona: Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Azusa: Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Parkinson's Disease High-Intensity Exercise Group - Pomona Campus

Did you know high-intensity exercise is shown to be neuro-protective and neuro-restorative? Designed for individuals with Parkinson’s disease who require minimal assistance, this program integrates evidence based aerobic exercise with general wellness activities, including LSVT BIG and PWR! moves and high-level balance and aerobic exercise.

A boxing class designed to promote high intensity-workouts consistent with evidence based research. Facilitates dynamic balance, arm and leg strength, and cognitive dual tasking.
