If you or a loved one has experienced the often scary and frustrating symptoms of dizziness or balance difficulties, you should know there is something that can be done now to help prevent a fall later.
Casa Colina’s Vestibular & Balance Program uses the same breakthrough technology used by NASA to diagnose and treat the causes of dizziness and loss of balance in astronauts. With the support of Casa Colina’s Audiology Center, we offer patients clinically effective ways to help reduce or eliminate vertigo and equilibrium problems.
Vestibular and balance disorders are difficult to diagnose and often under treated. Our team of experts looks beyond traditional clinical approaches to detect and actively treat symptoms. They will not only examine all the individual factors that contribute to balance and movement, but also how well these components work together.
We will examine your postural control, center of gravity, motor control, strength and stability, as well as internal and external sensory responses.
This center is essential if you have experienced vertigo or instability due to:
We use the most advanced diagnostic equipment available to evaluate and treat you or your loved one’s condition. With the appropriate therapies, you’ll be able to improve the way you interpret your surroundings and maintain or improve proper balance.
