Casa Colina Hospital and Centers for Healthcare is located in Pomona, California, about 40 miles east of downtown Los Angeles on Interstate 10. Take the Garey Avenue off-ramp and turn north toward the mountains. After crossing Arrow Highway and the railroad tracks, you will come to Bonita Avenue. Turn right on Bonita and look for the Casa Colina sign on your left at 255 East Bonita Avenue.
Coming from the 210 east (San Bernardino), take the Towne Avenue off-ramp, turn left onto Towne Avenue, proceed to Bonita Avenue, and turn right onto Bonita. Casa Colina will be on your right. Coming from the 210 west (Pasadena), take the Fruit Street off-ramp, and turn right onto Fruit Street. As you cross Foothill, Fruit Street changes its name to White Avenue. Proceed to Bonita Avenue, turn left onto Bonita and Casa Colina will be on your left after you cross Garey Avenue.
Upon your arrival at the Casa Colina campus, there are many areas dedicated to patient and visitor parking. There is also ample handicap parking clearly marked near all patient care entrances.
