Casa Colina offers a variety of free and low-cost screenings to community
members throughout the year. Please be sure to call the numbers listed
below for more information or to confirm the schedule prior to attending
a screening as times and locations listed below are subject to change.

Free Foot Health Screenings – Held the first Friday of every month at Casa Colina’s Pomona
campus from 1 to 4 p.m., as well as the first Wednesday of every month
at the Casa Colina Azusa Center from 9 a.m. to noon. Each screening takes
5 to 10 minutes and will be performed by a certified wound care nurse.
The nurse will screen each participant’s feet to assess dermatological,
neurological, musculoskeletal, and vascular health and will offer appropriate
follow-up recommendations when needed. For more information on these events,

Limb Preservation Program.

Free Hearing Screenings - A licensed audiologist conducts all hearing screenings. Screenings take
approximately 20 minutes and are performed at Casa Colina's Audiology
Center, located at the Casa Colina Outpatient Center, Building 1D. Appointments
required, adult patients only at this time please. Call

Free Sports Injury Screenings - Casa Colina Pomona Campus - Starting June 6, 2022, sports injury screenings
are held every Monday evening from 5 to 7 p.m. (except holidays and some
holiday weekends) at the Casa Colina Outpatient Center in Pomona, Building
1C. Screenings are conducted by a physician specializing in sports medicine,
a licensed physical therapist, and/or an athletic trainer. Walk-ins only,
no appointments necessary. Call
