members throughout the year. Please be sure to call the numbers listed

Low-Cost Mammograms - To raise awareness during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Casa Colina
Diagnostic Imaging Center is pleased to offer high-quality digital screening
mammograms for a low cost throughout the month of October. This special
cost is being offered to encourage women to have the screening, regardless
of health insurance coverage or high co-pays and deductibles. Free gift
for every woman receiving a mammogram with us in October!

Free Foot Health Screenings – Held the first Friday of every month at Casa Colina’s Pomona
campus from 1 to 4 p.m. Each screening takes 5 to 10 minutes and will
be performed by a certified wound care nurse. The nurse will screen each
participant’s feet to assess dermatological, neurological, musculoskeletal,
and vascular health and will offer appropriate follow-up recommendations
when needed. For more information, contact Elodia Castillo, RN at
909/643-3254. These screenings are a community benefit offered by the Casa Colina
Limb Preservation Program.
Appointment required - we are no longer accepting walk-ins.
Free Hearing Screenings - A licensed audiologist conducts all hearing screenings. Screenings take
approximately 20 minutes and are performed at Casa Colina's Audiology
Center, located at the Casa Colina Outpatient Center, Building 1D.

Free Sports Injury Screenings -
Casa Colina Pomona Campus - Sports injury screenings are held every Monday evening from 5 to 7 p.m.
(except holidays and some holiday weekends) at the Casa Colina Outpatient
Center in Pomona, Building 1C. Screenings are conducted by a physician
specializing in sports medicine, a licensed physical therapist, and/or
an athletic trainer.
Walk-ins only, no appointment necessary. Call

Free Sports & Orthopedic Injury Screenings -
Casa Colina Azusa Center - Sports injury & orthopedic screenings are held the first and third
Wednesdays of the month from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. (except holidays and some
holiday weekends) at the Casa Colina Azusa Center, 910 E. Alosta Avenue
(SE corner at Citrus), Azusa. Screenings are conducted by physicians specializing
in orthopedic medicine.
