All of our neurologic rehabilitation programs are overseen by board-certified physicians specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) and are supported by other board-certified physician specialists as needed. Our Medical Director and other PM&R physicians also hold specialty certification in Brain Injury Medicine from the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Our specialized continuum of care

Neurologic rehabilitation services at Casa Colina span the entire continuum of care, including acute rehabilitation, short-term residential rehabilitation, and day treatment services. We also provide convenient and comprehensive outpatient services on our 20-acre Pomona campus, as well as at our satellite locations in Azusa and Monrovia (opening fall 2025).

Casa Colina’s Transitional Living Center is also accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) with specialty certifications for its Brain Injury, Stroke, and Spinal Cord Injury Programs.
