Now open, the Casa Colina Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Center at Monrovia offers comprehensive physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to help individuals regain function and improve quality of life.

Located at 245 West Foothill Boulevard, this new, 7,200-square-foot, hospital-licensed facility serves patients from across the western San Gabriel Valley, including Monrovia, Arcadia, Duarte, Temple City, Baldwin Park, Pasadena, South Pasadena, Alhambra, and Rosemead.

The Casa Colina Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center at Monrovia provides the San Gabriel Valley with convenient, local access to many of the same nationally renowned rehabilitation services found at our Pomona campus. The Center at Monrovia treats a wide range of conditions—from neurological and orthopedic injuries to speech and swallowing difficulties, and even sports and hand injuries. Our skilled, multidisciplinary therapy teams include neurologic clinical specialists (NCS), orthopedic clinical specialists (OCS), certified hand therapists (CHT), and other experienced clinicians, all of whom work together in physician-led groups to achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients.
