Casa Colina Hospital and Centers for Healthcare is proud to join the American Nurses Association (ANA) and healthcare providers nationwide in celebrating National Nurses Week 2026, May 6-12!
This annual recognition honors the dedication of nurses everywhere and coincides with the ANA’s 130th anniversary, featuring nationwide initiatives like lighting up landmarks in red to recognize healthcare professionals. These include One World Trade Center in New York City, the Zakim Bridge in Boston, and the Niagara Falls.
Indeed, nurses play a critical role in patient care within Casa Colina Hospital. These committed healthcare professionals are the frontline of patient recovery, facilitating healing and helping patients stay positive, motivated, and, most importantly, safely on track toward their treatment goals.
This week, Casa Colina recognizes the vital role of our nurses through social media shout-outs and expressions of gratitude for their compassion and expertise, including a fun games fair in the main courtyard.
“Casa Colina nurses are some of the best at what they do—whether treating our rehabilitation & medical-surgical patients, delivering ICU care, or providing services in our physician clinics,” says Kelly M. Linden, Casa Colina President and CEO. “This National Nurses Week, we thank them for their commitment to improving and restoring lives. They truly deserve our appreciation.”
