We are thrilled to announce that as of today, Casa Colina Hospital and Centers for Healthcare has officially received its license to open the doors of the Casa Colina Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Center in Monrovia.

For 90 years, Casa Colina has been a leader in medical and rehabilitative care at our Pomona campus. Today, we are proud to expand that legacy, bringing many of those same nationally renowned services directly to the San Gabriel Valley.

Our new 7,200-square-foot, hospital-licensed facility is designed to provide a comprehensive rehabilitation experience. Whether you are recovering from a surgery, managing a chronic condition, or regaining independence after a life-altering injury, our multidisciplinary teams are here to support your journey.

We are now accepting new patients and work closely with referring physicians to ensure a seamless plan of care. We accept most insurance providers, including Medicare, and offer special rates for cash payments.
