Local Leader Recognized for Consistent Patient Satisfaction and Clinical Excellence
POMONA, Calif., May 14, 2025 – Casa Colina Hospital and Centers for Healthcare announced today its recognition as a 2025 Outstanding Patient Experience Award™ recipient by Healthgrades, the #1 site Americans use when searching for a doctor or a hospital. This prestigious award places Casa Colina among the top 10% of hospitals nationwide for patient experience for the sixth consecutive year, a distinction shared by only three hospitals in all of Los Angeles County in 2025, and remarkably, only one of two to achieve this level of consistent excellence for six straight years. This achievement underscores Casa Colina’s unwavering commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

About the Healthgrades Outstanding Patient Experience Award
Each year, Healthgrades recognizes the top hospitals nationwide that provide an exceptional experience for their patients during their hospital stay. As part of its annual analysis, Healthgrades evaluated more than 3,000 hospitals that submitted at least 100 Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) surveys, covering admissions from January 2023 to December 2023.
To determine the recipients of the Outstanding Patient Experience Award, Healthgrades applies a scoring methodology to ten patient experience measures. These measures focus on patients’ perceptions of their hospital care, including staff communication, medication explanations, and cleanliness.
