When You Arrive
The following procedures have been implemented to ensure the highest levels
of safety for visiting patients and staff across all of Casa Colina’s
locations. Please review and be prepared to comply with the following
policies before visiting Casa Colina’s Pomona campus or any of its
satellite locations.
MASKS AND TEMPERATURE SCREENING STATIONS
Following recent recommendations from state and local government, effective
Monday, April 6, 2020,
all Casa Colina employees, visiting outpatients, and pre-approved vendors
will be required to have their temperature screened and wear masks while
in our facilities. Casa Colina will provide masks at the temperature screening stations
outside the main entrances to all Casa Colina facilities. To ensure all
visitors are screened, we have limited access to all buildings at the
main point of entry.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
Casa Colina has implemented a strict policy to enforce social distancing
across our Pomona campus and satellite locations. Signs are located throughout
all our facilities to remind individuals to maintain six feet of distance
in public space at all times. We have taken extra precautions such as
providing floor markings in areas where individuals wait in line and spacing
all seating six feet apart in common areas like lobbies, waiting areas,
and the Casa Colina Café.
HANDWASHING
All outpatients must use hand sanitizing stations available at our Pomona
campus and satellite location lobbies, or they must visit one of our bathroom
facilities to wash hands with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds
before scheduled appointments.
