Our Team

Casa Colina’s Physical Therapy team is a collaborative group of specialists with extensive experience evaluating and treating a wide range of orthopedic, neurological, and functional mobility conditions.

Our therapists work together to understand each patient’s unique goals and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans to restore movement, improve function, and enhance quality of life.

Aubin Elliott, DPT - Director of Outpatient Therapy

Dedicated to advancing clinical excellence, supporting team development, and enhancing patient-centered care across outpatient services, Aubin earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Loma Linda University. A formative clinical rotation at Casa Colina inspired a long-standing commitment to the organization’s mission. After gaining experience in outpatient orthopedic care, Aubin returned to Casa Colina and has since grown into a leadership role over the past decade.

Actively engaged in the physical therapy profession, Aubin participates in both the California Physical Therapy Association (CPTA) and the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Through leadership roles at the district and state levels, Aubin contributes to initiatives that strengthen the profession and improve access to therapy services.

Kaleen Reid, PT, DPT, NCS

Kaleen serves as Program Manager for Neuro Physical Therapy, where she leads program development, mentors staff, and ensures the delivery of evidence-based, patient-centered care.

A Board-Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist, Kaleen earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Chapman University. She specializes in the evaluation and treatment of individuals with neurological conditions, with advanced expertise in vestibular disorders, including dizziness, balance impairments, and post-concussive symptoms.

Kaleen is passionate about helping patients regain function, improve quality of life, and return to meaningful activities through personalized rehabilitation strategies.

Diana Wallace, PT, DPT, OCS

As a leader of Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Diana oversees clinical operations, supports team development, and promotes high-quality, patient-centered care.

A residency-trained, Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Diana earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Azusa Pacific University. She brings experience across outpatient orthopedics, industrial rehabilitation, and early intervention care.

In addition to her clinical leadership, Diana serves as an instructor in doctoral-level physical therapy education at her alma mater, helping to prepare the next generation of clinicians. She is actively involved in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and California Physical Therapy Association (CPTA), holding leadership roles at the district, state, and national levels.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Diana is committed to delivering compassionate, culturally competent care and advancing the physical therapy profession through education, leadership, and advocacy.
