open, the Casa Colina Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Center –
Monrovia offers comprehensive physical, occupational, and speech therapy
services to help individuals regain function and improve quality of life.
Located at 245 West Foothill Boulevard, this new, 7,200-square-foot, hospital-licensed
facility serves patients from across the western San Gabriel Valley, including
Monrovia, Arcadia, Duarte, Temple City, Baldwin Park, Pasadena, South
Pasadena, Alhambra, and Rosemead.

Our Monrovia location offers the same high standard of rehabilitative care
that patients receive at our Pomona and Azusa campuses. Services are delivered
by multidisciplinary teams that specialize in treating a wide range of
