Casa Colina Hospital and Centers for Healthcare is proud to expand its
renowned outpatient rehabilitation services to Monrovia, California. Opening
in early 2026, the Casa Colina Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Center
– Monrovia will offer comprehensive physical, occupational, and
speech therapy services to help individuals regain function and improve
quality of life.
Located at 245 West Foothill Boulevard, this new, 7,200-square-foot, hospital-licensed
facility will serve patients from across the western San Gabriel Valley,
including Monrovia, Arcadia, Duarte, Temple City, Baldwin Park, Pasadena,
South Pasadena, Alhambra, and Rosemead.
Expert Care, Closer to Home
Our Monrovia location will offer the same high standard of rehabilitative
care that patients receive at our Pomona and Azusa campuses. Services
will be delivered by multidisciplinary teams that specialize in treating
a wide range of conditions, including:
Orthopedic injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation
Neurologic conditions such as stroke, brain injury, and spinal cord injury
Chronic conditions impacting mobility, speech, and daily function
Patients will benefit from evidence-based therapies, personalized treatment
plans, and access to specialized rehabilitation equipment. With the ability
to accommodate up to 27,000 patient visits annually, the Monrovia center
is designed to meet growing regional demand for outpatient therapy services.
