Welcome to MyCare, Casa Colina’s patient portal that lets you manage your health information online.

Beginning in August 2023, inpatients and outpatients at Casa Colina Hospital who provide their email address upon admission will receive an emailed invitation to create a MyCare account. If you created your account, the link below will allow you to access your MyCare account, letting you*:

See your visit history and schedule appointments
View prescriptions
Review test results
Access discharge summaries
Update personal information
View select health information
View billing information and pay bills

schedules for Transitional Living Center residential clients.}

The MyCare portal is compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
