
Below please find the Outdoor Adventures and Wheelchair Sports program calendar for 2023. Check back frequently as trips may be added or modified.
To sign up for participation, please visit our Participant Forms page and follow the instructions to submit your application materials. Outdoor Adventures staff will then contact you with instructions on how to pay any applicable trip fees.
Transportation to all activities and events is limited and must be reserved
in advance. All paperwork and registration must be completed at least
5 working days prior to your event.

Top Golf Outing
1:30 to 2:30 p.m.

Join Casa Colina for an exciting day at Top Golf. We've reserved one of
their climate-controlled hitting bays and will be taking aim at giant
outfield targets with automated scoring displayed on HDTVs! Fun golf games

Adaptive Kayaking
Bonelli Park, San Dimas
11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Join Casa Colina as we explore as we explore the natural beauty of one
of Southern California's beautiful waterways, Puddingstone Lake in Bonelli
Park. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring a hat, sunscreen,
and water. Cost includes lunch, group instruction, and life jacket rental.
Pickleball
Upland Sports Arena, Upland
1:30 to 2:30 p.m.
$25
Come experience this exciting paddle sport that combines tennis, badminton,
and ping-pong. Session will include a warm-up, instruction/demonstration,
doubles competition, and a cool-down/stretch period. Participants should
wear comfortable clothing and bring a hat, sunscreen, and water. Cost
includes paddles, balls, and group instruction.
Sailing
US Sailing Center, Long Beach
11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
$75
Join Casa Colina and the US Sailing Center for an exciting, hands-on sailing
experience! Learn the basics of sailing in Los Alamitos Bay, Long Beach
Harbor, and other locations. Participants should wear comfortable clothing
and bring a hat, sunscreen, and water. Cost includes lunch, group instruction,
and life jacket rental.
Over-the-Line Practice
Pioneer Park, San Dimas
1:30 to 3:30 p.m.
$25
Over-the-Line is a fun, highly strategic bat-and-ball sport that involves
a batter, pitcher, and fielders. The objective for the batter is to get
a hit without a fielder catching it in the air or on the first bounce.
Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring a hat, sunscreen,
and water. Cost covers instruction and the use of adaptive equipment.
This will serve as a practice session for those attending the 9/23 Over-the-Line
tournament.
Annual Wheelchair Over the Line Tournament
Caliber Collision Fleet, San Diego
9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Old Mission Beach Athletic Club proudly presents the 43rd Annual Wheelchair
Over-the-Line Tournament. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. and play begins
at 9 a.m. Adult and junior divisions welcome teams of three and will find
you a team if you don't have one! Free lunch included for all athletes.
