Junior Volunteers provide an invaluable service to Casa Colina. Whether you are volunteering for a school project or seeking to make a difference in your community, we have many interesting opportunities to help you meet your goals.
Please complete the Junior Volunteer Application and return it to the Casa Colina Human Resources Department.
Please note: Junior Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age and the application requires a parent or guardian's signature.
Junior volunteers must work a minimum of six months and 100 hours, at a minimum of two hours per week. If this requirement is not met, Casa Colina will not sign off on school documents or verification for hours worked. Since volunteers may be mistaken for staff by patients and visitors, they will be asked to purchase a Casa Colina volunteer jacket to distinguish them from employees.
If you have questions about volunteering, please contact our Human Resources Department at 909/596-7733, ext. 2154 or toll-free 866/724-4127, ext. 2154.
